Sponsor a training place

Covers one place on the five-day foundations of evaluation course for a student or young evaluator who could not otherwise attend.
Sponsor a conference delegate

Covers travel, accommodation and registration for a young or emerging evaluator from outside Mogadishu to attend the national conference.
Support a mentorship cycle

Funds the coordination, materials and review of a full six-month mentorship cycle for a cohort of pairs.

Where the money goes
Every donation is recorded against a budget code and is subject to the same controls as any other SOMES income. Restricted donations are tracked separately from unrestricted funds and reported against their designated purpose.
- Segregation of dutiesNo single person initiates, approves and records a transaction.
- Dual authorizationAll disbursements require signatures per the Signatory Matrix.
- Annual external auditAn external auditor appointed by the General Assembly examines the accounts each year.
- Published accountsAudited financial statements are published with the annual report.
- Restricted fund trackingRestricted donations may only be used for the stated purpose; any variation requires donor agreement.
